Vehicle and Structure Fire

On August 17th, shortly before 2:40 p.m. multiple 911 calls poured into the Pequannock Police Department reporting a fire outside of a Jacksonville Road home. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found that flames from a fully involved car fire in the driveway had spread to the house's vinyl siding. Firefighters responded to the home and brought the blaze under control within 30 minutes. Mutual aid from Lincoln Park and Riverdale was received.
