Mutual Aid Residence Explosion

In the early hours of January 14, members responded with Engine 1-1 mutual aid into Pompton Lakes for a residential structure fire. Prior to Pompton Plains' arrival, an explosion occurred inside the home, destroying the building and injuring several Pompton Lakes firefighters. We are grateful that we were able to assist our close friends in their time of need.
