Car Fire Disrupts Traffic on Route 23

Pequannock Twp Police dispatched Companies 1 and 2 for a working truck fire on Route 23. Upon arrival, Chief Bell reported two trucks were on fire, a flatbed tow and a pick-up on top. Crews were able to safely extinguish both trucks and with the assistance of the PD, divert traffic while operating on Route 23 in the Northbound lanes. All units returned without incident.
