February 13, 2010

On Saturday, November 13, 2010, just after 9:00am, the Pequannock Township Fire Department, First Aid Squad and Police Department responded to the report of a working house fire. Upon arrival, fire crews found a large volume of fire visible at the rear of the structure. The fire, under the command of Captain Christopher Bell of Company One, was quickly brought under control through a coordinated interior attack. Mutual aid to the fire scene was provided by the Riverdale and Pompton Lakes Fire Departments. There were no injuries, and three family cats were rescued from the home.
